Warranty: The purchaser is covered by a six months manufacturers warranty from the date of purchase. During this period Pennington Speed Equipment Pty Ltd will at its option repair or replace any part with may prove defective through faulty material or poor workmanship.The defective parts must be returned free of charge to us or to the supplier. The Company will not be liable for any losses due to abuse, misuse, alteration of or tampering with the equipment (including and not limited to the bending of the equipment) subsequent to the delivery to the puchaser. Condtions of Sale: The goods shall be supplied to you upon the following conditions: 1. You shall not cause, allow or permit the abuse, misuse, alteration of or tampering with the equipment (including but not limited to the bending of the equipment) subsequent to the delivery of the equipment to you. 2. If this equipment is onsold, given, or supplied to another person, you shall provide to that person a copy of the warranty and these terms and conditions and have them accept in writing before the equipment is onsold, given or supplied to such third party. 3. Should you breach any of these conditions, Pennington Speed Equipment Pty Ltd will not be liable for any claims, demands, losses, actions, suits, cause of actions whatsoever whether by way of personal injuries or otherwise directly or indirectly arising as a result of the use of the equipment and shall be indemnified by you for itself, its successor as assigns against all claims for any loss, damage or injury arising out of the use of the equipment sustained by you or any persons whomsoever whether the same be caused by your breaching the above mentioned conditions or otherwise.
