The Extreme 8000 series directs the power where you need it, not only is the blade to tube offset, but the tube to bracket offset as well. This aims the line of force from the boot directly to the centre line of the blade giving you more power and control where you need it, at the ice surface.
On this model we have extended brackets specifically designed for the express purpose to distribute the power from the push more evenly along the blade eliminating small high stress areas on the tube.
This blade was specially designed for performance and durability and can take a serious thrashing when maximum force is called for.
Blades have fine tuned forward/backward bracket adjustment for personal positioning preferences.

Extreme #8004 parabolic Comp Blade - New to the 2006/2007 short tracks skating season
We have created the angle at a 1-degree offset that will allow the skater a greater lean on cornering whilst maintaining stability. The parabolic grinding defines graded thicknesses from the middle of the blade to the end allowing for more grip at the ice surface and allows for smoother glide in the ruff. This upgrade Extreme blade is suited to the advanced competition skater.

The blade for these models we have parabolic ground. Thinner under the centre where grip is the priority. Thicker at the toe and heal where the blade is riding above the grooves and not deflected like a thinner blade. We set the blade at a 1-degree off vertical in the tube, so that when you are leaning at the max on corners, you have that little extra up your sleeve on other skaters. This is a blade for the top performer that gives you the edge on the competition. Special high polished finish.
